Intentional Leadership grew from years of work with public servants, institutions, teams, and communities. It recognizes that leadership is not only a position, a plan, or a set of techniques. It is a continuing practice of clarity, discernment, relationship, and responsibility.
The retreat creates a thoughtful space to step back from the urgency of daily work, understand the leadership moment you are in, and move forward with a commitment that can be lived in practice.

The Intentional Leadership Retreat is designed for leaders, management teams, public institutions, LGUs, and organizations that want space for deeper reflection and shared direction. It combines carefully facilitated reflection, dialogue, lived experience, and practical commitment.
Participants leave with greater personal and collective clarity, a stronger language for leadership practice, and intentional commitments that may continue through Activate365 and future learning conversations.
Venue and location. Scheduled individual retreats are planned for carefully selected learning venues in Baguio City or Metro Manila, depending on the announced cohort. For LGU and organizational cohorts, the venue may be selected by the client or agreed together.
